In the past 2 weeks there has been several releases. It seems Mcmahon is taking a stand and expect a lot of talent to be released in the future days and weeks. The latest release involved Cryme Tyme one of my favorite tag teams. It's a shame they had to get rid of them they deiftnatley communicated with the crowd.

Cryme Time was a little too talkative for my taste, but they were interesting to say the least (reminded me of an early Harlem Heat). Eugene was a shot out of left field for me, he seemed like he was getting along fine as a recognizable jobber. The sympathy people felt seeing him get brutalized in the ring always seemed to give the heels a little more heat than they would have gotten with some random jobber. All well, if the extra cash they save from excess contracts is used to beef up thier wellness program, than I don't mind seeing a few superstars let go.

Yeah Cryme Time wasnt a big favorite backstage as they were already on thin ice. I thought Eugene's gig in the beginning was okay when Erik Bichoff was here and when he left for a little bit but he got kind of old and wound up being Hacksaw's partner for most of heat and dark matches. All I wonder is who is going to be next to be released from the WWE.

If we're lucky, we will see The Great Khali let loose as soon as he looses the title to Rey at Unforgiven. We will probably see alot of cruiserwieghts and diva's let go too. Most tag teams should be fine, but the ones in the worst danger would probably be midcard talent who haven't really shined as of late.

Despite the poor performances that the Great Khali has put on on Smackdown and the PPV's I still think he has a little more to offer. This match at Unforgiven between Khali and Rey will defitnatley be interesting and i cant see the Great Khali losing, not that I dont want that to happen. I'd like to see Batista win the World Heavyweight Championship but for some reason I dont see that till later Oct-Nov.When Edge comes back he'll probably get it back or be in contendtion to win it. Batista is like 0-5 vs Edge in PPV's so I'd like to see perhaps either a Edge/Batista WHC match for the title, or a Edge/Batista/Khali triple threat to determine the title in the sometime future.

I never really liked the Edge/Batista matches very much, they have terrible in ring chemistry and Edge has to do all the mic work. Same goes for Batista and Khali only with Batista doing the mic work. As far as I am concerned, an Edge/Batista/Khali match would be the worst possible match they could make on Smackdown!. An Edge/Batista/Mysterio match however, would be the exact antithesis of that match; technical, entertaining and exciting. No matter how you look at it, Mysterio as champion is just a better decision.
We may not see Edge come back to his supposed title reign return either. With the whole drug bust scenario, Edge may not be seeing the gold for a long time on Smackdown!, and the Edge/Undertaker fued may have to wait until WM25.
