I could've cared less about this building rivalry, but when I found out it was a Texas Bullrope Match, it got serious. For those who haven't heard of it, a TBM is one of the most dangerous and bloodiest matches every invented in the WWE/WWF. I think they are gonna let the American Dream win for his sort of farewell match to the WWE. This is probably hype for his son Cody Rhode's WWE RAW debut. Any ideas on this?

Yeah I dunno how this one may play out. On one hand i see Randy Orton winning because hes taking out so many legends and Dusty would be jsut anonther victim. However, I do see the dream winning this as a sort of farewell and to build up his son cody as you said. I'm just glad to see Dusty back in the WWE for a bit. I just laugh my ass off when I hear Dusty's music hit "THE AMERICANN DREAMM" lol funny stuff. I wonder how big his son will turn out to be?

i TOTALLY see dat. The Dream is gonna promote his son until his son is good enough to challeng for titles.

I can see Bob Orton returning to tag up with his son Randy to face the Rhodes son and dad connection.

But does anyone WANT to see that? it gets old for orton to just beat up on old-timers, call himself a "legend killer" and move on...it sucks when the outcome of a match is so, so obvious.

Yeah. It's not an achievement to beat a guy 20 years past his prime. Dream is probably only gonna slap him around and Orton will RKO him. It's not even worth a PPV.

COME ON RHODES YOO CAN DO ITPosted 7/20/2007 6:13:19 AM # -
American Dream will definitely make Orton bleed.

I just got done watching an old ecw TBM match w/Dusty from just 7 years ago, and if that isn't him in his prime I don't know what is! If they actually let Dusty take this match as far as it can go, a win will definitely be a crowning achievment for Orton no matter what Dusty's age.
