British model Louise Glover posted on her MySpace blog that she has been selected for the finals of this year's 2007 WWE Diva Search.

Glover, who has posed for Playboy, was linked to WWE earlier this summer when reports claimed she had been hired. While those did not prove true, Glover at least has a chance to end up on the WWE roster.

Here's her full entry:

I have waited and trained all my life for this opportunity. If I win I get $250,000 plus a WWE contract.

I've known for months i'm in the Diva Search and had several interviews to get me in the finals, WWE spotted me in Miss Hawaiian Tropic Finals in Las vegas, as I recently won was Miss Hawaiian Tropic UK 07. I hope your as excited as I am, this is it, now or never. I'm the fittest and leanest I've ever been, I've been in so many competitions and beauty pageants I'm really ready to get my hands dirty and win a world title. I'm going to make an excellent Wrestler cause I'm a former fitness instrutor,trampolinist and gymnast, So Diva Victoria will have to teach me those back somersaults from the 3rd corner ropes.

I'm this years bikini babe"Miss Hawaiian Tropic UK 2007" and "Playboys special editions Model of the Year 2006". Everthing I do is American maybe I should of just been an American and not British, but I will fly our flag proudly with my British accent and bring back Louise Glover as the new "Foxy Star" of Great Britain... Thats my Nick name. Foxy Star... I love it.

I was made up when I met the legend Mr Hulk Hogan recently in Miami and he gave me some of the best advice to be a wrestler. I can't wait to meet the Divas of WWE Ashley, Torrie and Victoria,Christy And not to mention the superstars Bobby Lashly, John Cena, Batista and everyone else at WWE.

WWE.com serves up a weekly Diva Dish. Last week, the ladies talked about their favorite music at the moment:

“I have everything on my iPod, literally from A to Z. When I say that, I mean I have hard house music to Barbara Mandrell to Patsy Cline to hip-hop, but mostly dance,” Candice Michelle said. “One of my new favorite songs of this month is ‘It’s Gonna Be a Lovely Day.’ It’s a motivational song.”

When fellow Raw Diva Torrie Wilson hits the gym, she’s all about house music.

According to an article in today’s Louisville Courier-Journal, WWE has signed Victoria to a three-year extension with the company. The article is also reporting that the former WWE Women’s Champion is selling her pizzeria in the area.

Remember the new, non-nude WWE Diva policy that we reported on last week?

It appears as if the plans to institute the new doctrine have already been scrapped. While the company wanted to present the divas in a classier manner to gain more mainstream sponsorship, Kevin Dunn barked at Vince McMahon that the plan would never work and would destroy the upcoming Diva Search competition.

Because the WWE Diva Search is considered McMahon’s baby amongst his love for the divas, it appears as if we are not going to see the taming of the divas. Thank goodness.

• The latest edition of WWE Magazine features Bobby Lashley vs. Snitsky in its "Beef of the Month" feature, possibly hinting at a future feud between the pair.

• Former WWE Diva Stacy Keibler is currently planning her marriage to actor Goeff Stults. The pair has dated since Keibler broke up with Andrew "Test" Martin.

• And keeping on the former WWE Divas note, Diva Search runner-up Carmella DeCasare married her boyfriend of two years, NFL quarterback Jeff Garcia, last week in California.

Might we never see almost nude WWE Divas again?

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE has adopted a new policy to present its female performers in a classier light.

While the Divas’ sex appeal will not be completely downplayed, the company will present women in a more professional light. An image consultant was hired to advise the women on how to “look classy and not come across as slutty on television,” the Observer said.

In addition to hiring new stylists, WWE provided the women with less revealing outfits. The new policy is likely part of a plan to appeal to mainstream advertisers.

Tomorrow is Cinco de Mayo, a Mexican national holiday. Several WWE Divas told Diva Dish they’ll be celebrating in many festive ways.

When WWE.com asked Melina if she knew the holiday was fast approaching, she quickly answered, “Of course I know Cinco de Mayo is coming up – my family is Mexican!”

Candice Michelle kicked off the Divas’ fashion show on Raw last week, and she looked like a glamorous angel in a white dress and matching wings.
