Here are the Wrestlemania results for a great Wrestlemania XXIV...

Before the show aired, Kane won the 24-man battle royal and will face Chave Guerrero for the ECW title later in the show.

John Legend opens the show with a great rendition of "America the Beautiful," as a video package airs and Jim Ross welcomes viewers to Wrestlemania XXIV.

Belfast Brawl: JBL vs Finlay
JBL throws Hornwaggle to the floor and Finlay retaliates by hitting JBL’s head against the announcer’s table. Finlay dives under the top rope after JBL on the outside, who takes him down with a garbage can lid in midair – OUCH! JBL throws garbage can at Hornswaggle who is outside the ring and goes for Finlay. Finlay fights back – gets JBL into a rolling fireman’s carry. Slams JBL into the table that was propped up in the corner! JBL clotheslines Finlay with the Clothesline from Hell and he’s down for the count!
Winner: JBL

Kim Kardashian - the guest hostess with giant boobs – announces what is going on with the Money in the Bank Match. Mr. Kennedy comes out and says he’ll be the only man to win it twice. Then, it's match time...

John Morrison vs. Carlito vs. Shelton Benjamin vs. CM Punk vs. Mr. Kennedy vs. MVP vs. Chris Jericho
There's pandemonium pretty much right away. Shelton Benjamin falls off the ladder in the middle of the ring onto a ladder on the outside of the ring . Chris Jericho and Morrison on top of a ladder – Jericho giving Morrison a domino stretch on the top of the ladder while Kennedy climbs up another ladder and takes advantage. Jericho and Kennedy going against each other on two ladders. CM Punk and Carlito jump from the rops onto the ladders. Kennedy CM Punk and Carlito down. Carlito gives Jericho backstabber off the ladders – Carlito looks like he hurt his hand.

MVP is the only one up and goes for the briefcase. Matt Hardy comes from nowhere! Takes MVP down with a twist of fate off of the ladder! Wrestlers are getting back up – Jericho and Carlito going at it. John Morrison gets tipped off of the ladder and lands mid-crotch on the ropes. Carlito goes after Jericho and spits apple in his face. Jericho and CM Punk in the middle going at it, CM Punk won’t give up. Jericho gets hung up on the ladder and can’t get out. CM Punk gets the briefcase. Wow!
Winner: CM Punk

Brand Supremacy Match: Batista vs. Umaga
Spinning heel kick by Umanga with some serious air. Umaga kick right to Batista’s head. Umaga dominating the match, throwing Batista into the turnbuckle and doing some nerve holds. Match is fairly boring for a pair of big men. Batista gets the upper hand and enacts a huge Batista Bomb. Gets the pinfall.
Winner: Batista

More chops to the chest. The two going at it – at one point Michaels tries to bridge out but his ribs won’t let him. Flair takes HBK’s knee down with his shoulder and HBK is down. Flair goes for the figure four but HBK twists him out. Figure four back on! HBK gets to the ropes and Flair starts kicking him. Michaels gives him some sweet chin music!! One, two, KICK OUT!!!

Michaels tuning up again, but Flair isn’t getting up. HBK picks him up and flair kicks back and nails HBK in the nuts. HBK put the inverted figure four on Ric Flair, who gets to the ropes, but he pulled the padding off of the turnbuckle – pokes HBK in the eye!! Tries to roll up Michaels, but it didn’t work. HBK in the corner, ready to bring the sweet chin music. He looks at Flair, who mouths “bring it,” and HBK says “I’m sorry.” Cool stuff. Great ending.
Winner: Shawn Michaels

Mayweather’s crew pulls him out of the ring before Show can give him another one and walk off with him.

Show follows them back and starts taking out his posse, they go down like dominos. The ref keeps some of the other crew back while Show gets him back to the ring. He tosses him back into the ring and tries for a choke slam, but one of his crew members stops Show with a chair to the back. He takes the brass knuckles off of his posse’s necklace and goes for Show, right in the jaw!!!

WWE Rumors: Problems with Mayweather/Big Show Match

Many fans have been wondering how the Floyd Mayweather/Big Show match will go down tonight. Will it be boxing? Wrestling? A combination of both?

Now that the company has announced an "anything goes" stipulation to the bout, many WWE officials are not optimistic about how it will turn out.

Despite the fact that he's been training hard for the match, Mayweather has been reportedly slow to pick up many of the basics of pro wrestling.

Triple H has been assigned the task of trying to save the match from being a disaster. He's been working closely with Mayweather and Big Show over the past few days. Expect the match to be heavily scripted.

It was announced during last night's ECW show that a 24-man battle royale featuring wrestlers from all three brands will be taking place during WrestleMania. The winner will then challenge Chavo Guerrero for the ECW title during the very same show.

There was talk of doing the battle royal and/or the ECW title match as dark matches to only be shown on the WrestleMania DVD release, but now they're combining the two for the main show.

Here are a few WWE rumors floating around for Wrestlemania 24...

There are currently no plans to do an ECW title match at WrestleMania. However, it's been discussed as a pre-show match as a DVD exclusive.

There is also talk of conducting the annual interbrand Battle Royal as a pre-show match at WrestleMania. WWE does this match every year so that all their regulars receive a WrestleMania bonus. It also serves as morale booster for undercard wrestlers.

There has been talk of doing a Legends Battle Royal match at WrestleMania. They last did it in 2001 with Iron Sheik winning. However, Triple H is said to be greatly against the idea.

According to Lordsofpain, net, talk within WWE has Triple H down as a lock to win the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 24 against Randy Orton and John Cena.
