For those who have read out WWE RAW spoilers, you know that Vince McMahon and Donald Trump will each be in the corner of a chosen wrestler at Wrestlemania 23.

Now, Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com, is reporting that the match will take place between The Great Khali and ECW Champion Bobby Lashley. Trump would side with Lashley and Vince with Khali.

The Wrestling Post take: Really?!? We're glad ECW would be getting some attention, but that's the best match-up they can come up with? Wake us when it's over.

Hulk Hogan told Bubba The Love Sponge that he is not presently scheduled to appear at WrestleMania 23.

Hogan said, "I apparently do not work there anymore," about his status with WWE, confirmed online rumors that he is not booked for the big WWE event.

According to PWTorch.com, Vince McMahon was furious that Hulk Hogan recently baited Johnny Ace's secretary into revealing potential WWE Hall Of Fame inductees on Bubba's radio show. That frustration is apparently the main reason WWE is not presently pursuing booking Hogan for the event.

• After discussions and negotiations throughout the week, there is still nothing definite for WrestleMania 23 yet. Batista vs. Undertaker is the closest thing to a decision so far, but it’s not set.

Cena vs. Michaels has been suggested, but they've decided most likely to not go through with it. Edge and Randy Orton are said to be the two main candidates for facing Cena right now, with Orton being the favorite of the two.

• Hogan Hogan has been asked about three possible matches. His potential opponents are Khali, Umaga and Shane McMahon. Right now WWE, is pushing hardest for the Hogan vs. Shane McMahon match.

One plan is to have Donald Trump in Hogan’s corner and Vince McMahon in his opponent’s corner, with The Great Khali as the McMahon family bodyguard.

• Big Show has not committed to appearing at WrestleMania yet. Right now, his goal is to lose as much fat as he can and get healthy before he makes any career decisions.

This morning’s edition of the Daytona Beach News-Journal reports that Orlando, Florida stands a good chance of hosting Wrestlemania 24 in 2008.

John Saboor, President of the Central Florida Sports Commission, said: “We are currently exploring a variety of options related to WWE in future events. There are on-going discussions, and those discussions have been productive to date.”

In her hometown of Miami, WWE Diva, Layla El, got up and personal with a slew of fans over the weekend.

Vince McMahon has been bringing up specific, big-time names as he looks ahead to Wrestlemania 23.

Mick Foley and Chris Jericho are the main focus. As far as Jericho goes, nothing close to a deal has been negotiated yet. At one point Foley vs. McMahon was assumed to be penciled in, but talks of that have died down.

With Triple H now out of the event, it's even more likely former superstars will be brought in to build excitement for it.

Word is going around that the two main events for Wrestlemania 23 are almost set.

The most likely to take place is Batista vs. The Undertaker for the World Heavyweight Title. There's no discussion yet on which superstar would turn heel for this match, but it is probable that Taker's Wrestlemania winning streak will come to an end.

For RAW, the main event appears to be John Cena vs. Triple H for the title. However, WWE officials have no plans to turn either heel in the near future. Because they wish to keep Cena as champion until the event, though, he'd need to fight Triple H in order for Vince's son-in-law to share the spotlight.

The other match being debated is Hulk Hogan vs.The Big Show, but that seems more difficult with Show's current hiatus/retirement from the ring.

Nothing else is close to being set-up, but it's safe to assume Shawn Michaels, Kane, Edge, Umaga and King Booker will figure prominently. There will also be some sort of ECW title match.

Tonight marks Daylight Savings Time. Remember to set your clocks back an hour.

But Torrie Wilson doesn't care much about that. The WWE Diva wants to make sure fans don't forget about “WrestleMania Standard Time.”

The RAW superstar was in Detroit this week to remind everyone to change their watches and clocks on Saturday night/Sunday morning. But she also visited several Detroit radio stations to remind fans that tickets go on sale soon for WrestleMania 23, live at Ford Field April 1.

Tickets ($30, $45, $75, $100, $150, $250 and a limited number of Platinum Ringside Seats at $750) go on sale at 10 a.m. “Wrestlemania Standard Time” on Saturday, Nov. 11, and may be purchased at the Ford Field Box Office along with all Michigan, Ohio and Ontario Ticketmaster locations.

• It's never too late to plan way ahead: the WWE is already working on locations for WrestleMania 24 in 2008. PW Insider says the front runner is Las Vegas, Nevada at the MGM Grand Arena.

• Hulk Hogan has pitched the idea of wrestling the Big Show at WrestleMania 23. It’s unknown exactly how serious the WWE is taking such a concept, but many wish to establish Big Show as the main ECW guy for years to come. A program with Hogan could help. Unless the legend just goes right over him, as it often the case in feuds such as this.

• There have been talks between Kurt Angle and UFC. However, the main concern is Angle’s health and whether he could pass the drug test to fight on that level. Daniel Puder has also been saying he wants to fight Angle in 2007 and has officially met with UFC to discuss it.
