Triple H Challenged by The Game

Multiple hip-hop gossip websites are reporting that rapper The Game is “wanting to fight Triple H” over the rights to his name. The Game claims he began using the name first; however Triple H has used it since the summer of 1999.

Tito Ortiz on Triple H: He Can't Cut it in UFC

Tito Ortiz was recently asked in Steppin’ Out Magazine about how a wrestler like Triple H would fare in UFC. Ortiz answered:

"I think he would be horrible. He's too stiff and his cardio fitness is horrible. A guy like that isn't an athlete. We're running, lifting, and training every day, not for looks or to show off our bodies, but to fight and last five rounds at full strength."

Ouch. Meanwhile, Triple H will be able to walk on his own within six weeks after successful surgery yesterday.

Triple H Injury Update: Will Miss Wrestlemania 23

Yesterday, a MRI confirmed that Triple H tore one of the quadriceps in his right leg. Dr. James Andrews is scheduled to perform surgery today in Birmingham, Alabama. This will keep the WWE star out of action for the next 4 to 6 months.

Triple H suffered the injury at New Year's Revolution while executing a spinebuster on Randy Orton. Ironically, it occurred five years to the day that he returned to WWE television after having a similar injury in his left leg.

With the recovery time, it now appears that Triple H will miss WrestleMania 23 in Detroit. Worse case scenario, he will return at this years SummerSlam pay-per-view. Triple H has not missed a WrestleMania since his debut for WWE in 1996.

Triple H Suffers Severe Injury at New Year's Revolution

WWE.com confired that Triple H suffered an injury during his match against Rated-RKO at New Year's Revolution.

The preliminary diagnosis is a possible quadriceps tear. This would be the same injury that caused The Game to miss months and months of action a few years ago. Triple H will be flown to Birmingham, Ala. today to be evaluated by Dr. James Andrews.

Triple H

Rapper, The Game, Takes on Triple H, WWE

As Triple H battles Edge and Randy Orton inside the ring, a feud is developing outside of it for this wrestling megastar.

HHH has sued the rapper, The Game, over use of that moniker. Recently, Rapreviews.co sat down with the artist and asked him about the lawsuit, along with other WWE questions.

Q: I read something the other day that I'm not sure if I really believe. Is WWE superstar Triple H really suing you over your name?
A: Yeah, Triple H is tryin to sue me for "The Game." I think that we should just take it to Pay Per View and have a wrestling match, man, so I can f-ck him up because I'm not into that whole play wrestling thing.

The Game We can really take it to the streets, we can wrestle right in the middle of Compton. We can put up a makeshift ring made out of shoestrings and light posts. I'll get in there and body slam his ass all over the place for the name.

Q: Were you ever a wrestling fan? Does this hurt you at all?
A: I was a fan of Ultimate Warrior and Hulk Hogan, but these new wrestlers, the guy with the rappin thing with the spinnin belt and s-it? I don't know about all these guys. There's too much fake s-it. It was fake back in the day but at least they made it real. Hulk Hogan and Ultimate Warrior, Macho Man and all them motherf-ckers, Sting and Lex Luger, Ric Flair, but these new motherf-ckers, these Triple H's and these… I don't even know nobody else's name in the new s-it.

Q: So could you see yourself battling John Cena, the aforementioned wrestler who rhymes?
A: I'd kick his ass.

Q: You know he's beefin with Kevin Federline on RAW.
A: I might come on one day and just f-ck him up for Kevin, like don't be f-ckin with us man.

The Game goes on to say he's cool with K-Fed, which obviously undermines all his credibility. It also makes us wonder how he can ever look anyone in the face in the rap industry again, as well.

Triple H on Backstage Power: Hogwash!

Okay, the multi-time WWE Champion definitely used a stronger word than that. But in the October issue of WWE Magazine, here's what Triple H had to say about the rumors that he abuses backstage power:

Triple H

I haven't read a dirt sheet in 10 years. And that's the damn truth. Yes I'm in a top position. Yes I'm married to the boss's daughter. Yes I sit in production meetings. But, at the end of the day, there is only one person with the stroke in this business. And that's Vince McMahon.

If he doesn't like something , whether it's my idea or not, it's not going to happen. I want guys like John Cena around. I want to bring new guys up and help make them. People always accuse me of not wanting to drop the belt to a guy.

That's complete crap. I didn't drop the belt to RVD because no one asked me to drop it to RVD. I've yet to see Hulk Hogan lose to anybody. He wrestles once every 6 months, and it doesn't matter if you're the biggest name in active competition today, he's not going to lose to you. There was suppose to be a Hogan/Michaels 2, and Hogan was supposed to lose. All of a sudden his knee starting "bugging" him.

Hmmm, wonder how he really feels.

Triple H to Lilian Garcia: Lose the Shirt!

Lilian has Nice Vocal Chords We're certainly glad fatherhood hasn't mellowed Triple H one bit. The fans attending this week's RAW probably agree.

After the television portion of that show went off the air - and DX had once again gotten the best of the McMahons - Triple H asked thd crowd if they wanted to see Lilian Garcia topless. Shockingly, they applauded in approval!

Our favorite ring announcer was hesitant at first ... but then she lifted her top and flashed those in attendence.

If you were there and got a picture, please send it along. Those are puppies we wouldn't mind taking a close look at.

It's a WWE DIVA! Triple H and Stephanie Have Baby Girl

The New MomWe hope the first two words Triple H's new daughter heard weren't "suck it!" but guess we'll never know.

What we can say, however, is this: The current member of DX and real life wife, Stephanie McMahon, welcomed their first child into the world Monday evening. Triple H missed RAW as a result, but WWE.com even acknowledged the occasion:

Stephanie McMahon and her husband Triple H welcomed their new daughter, Aurora Rose Levesque, into the world. Aurora weighs 8lbs 7oz. Both mother and daughter are doing fine. WWE congratulates the entire McMahon family.

Congrats to all!
