TNA iMPACT Results, 8-23-07

Thanks to Wrestling Post reader Adam B. for sending in the following results...

Match 1: Mix tag team match: Robert Rhoode and Ms. Brooks vs. Kaz and Gail Kim
The match was not lengthy and was only shown on TV for about two minutes. Rhoode clothelines Kaz over the rope and he goes with him. Kim small packages Brooks and picks up the win. After the match, Roode screams at Brook for costing him the match. Kaz then goes after Roode throws him outta the ring and tells him he doesent know how to treat a lady.

Match 2: Ron Killings vs. Eric Young
"The Truth" comes in the ring with a chair a few minutes in, the ref tells him to put it down and as they are arguing Young dropkicks the chair into his face. After this Young grabs the chair himself, but the ref takes it away at the last second. Later in the match Young goes to the top and Killings pushes the ref away and then nails him with the chair for the pin. Pacman Jones then comes out and spraypaints the word "PAC" on his back.

Main Event: The Steiners vs. Kurt Angle w/Karen Angle
With the Steiners dominating, Team 3D came out and 3D's Rick Steiner as the ref is distracted by Karen Angle. Kurt Angle quickly realizes and pins Rick for the win. After the match, Bubba and Dvon 3D Scott and put Rick Steiner through a table with a powerbomb from the top rop.

Overall, the show was a 6/10. The matches were decent, but with iMPACT just one hour, there's not enough time to developanything. Looks like they are pushing it to two hours in late September and may give WWE a run for its money.... possibly.

Andrew "Test" Martin Debuts: TNA iMPACT Results, 8-2-07

The following report is courtesy of lordsofpain.net...

Samoa Joe has arrived at the Impact Zone.

We get a recap of last week's impact. Sting vs Roode. Angle at the psychiatrist. And Abyss vs AJ Styles.

Backstage, Jim Cornette is grilling Christian about being involved in Abyss being beaten under the ring. Tonight there will be a contract above the ring. AJ Styles and Christian vs Sting and Abyss in a ladder match. If Sting and Abyss win they get the contract and Abyss gets a match with Christian at Hard Justice.

Kurt Angle comes in with his daughter and good-looking wife. The daughter is pulling Angle's luggage and his wife is carrying his belts.

header_logo.gifOpening Match: Team 3D vs Chris Harris and "Showtime" Eric Young
Team 3D come out to a chorus of boos. The super generic Chris Harris is out next. And finally Eric Young.

Harris and Devon start the match. Devon cheap shots Harris and stomps him on the mat. Devon throws a couple punches as Harris tries to get to his feet. Harris ducks a clothesline and hits a flying clothesline of his own, and a bulldog. Boot to the gut and a vertical suplex. Pin attempt, two count. Arm wrench and a tag to Eric Young. Young and Devon are going to lock up but then Devon tags in Brother Ray. Ray intimidates Young. They lock up and Ray kicks Young in the gut. Armdrag to Ray. And another. Followed by a dropkick. And a hiptoss and dropkick for Devon. Devon trips Young off the irish whip and Ray clotheslines him. Choke with the boot from Ray. Ray tags in Devon. Devon pounds Young in the corner. Tag to Ray. Double irish whip. And a double dropkick to 3D. He inches over to Harris for the tag but Dustin Rhodes attacks Chris Harris. Young avoids a hit from Ray and goes for a quick roll up. 2 count. a Doubleteam neckbreaker to Eric Young. A poorly executed spike piledriver for the win.
Winners: Team 3D

As we return from the break, Robert Roode is beating down Eric Young. "Nobody embarrasses Robert Roode!" Robert Roode tars and feather Eric Young. And it's the 80s all over again. It apparently pays to be rude. Jugs and Roode talk some more trash to Young and we go to the back.

We come back and Borash approaches Kurt and his family. Angle tells his wife to go get a cup of coffee because she can use the excerise. His daughter wants a candy bar. Kurt asks if she wants to end up fat like Joe or with thunder thighs like mommy. Mrs. Kurt Angle is supposed to look perfect. She better get her act together.

Tenay and Don West at ringside. They hype the main event ladder match. Bound for Glory in October.

Match Two: Triple X (Senshi, Christopher Daniels and Elix Skipper) vs "The Guru" Sonjay Dutt, "Black Machismo" Jay Lethal

Apparently this is just Senshi and Fallen Angel. They never said that. Suicide dive by Lethal. The MotorCity Machineguns tape the match. Irish whip by Senshi. He falls with a hurt ankle. As the ref tends to him Daniels gets a cheapshot in. Tag to Daniels. Facewash by Senshi on Lethal. Daniels goes for the pin. Headbutt from Daniels. Lethal fights back. Daniels holds Lethal for the springboard enziguri from Senshi. Rearnaked choke from Daniels. Lethal elbows out. Tags in Guru. A couple kicks to Triple X. Springboard senton on Daniels. Tenay calls it a Thesz Press. Sonjay takes down Daniels. Senshi gets control. Backflip reverse DDT, ala Ultimo Dragon. STO by Daneils. Senshi hits the double stomp off the top. Followed by the BME.
Winners: Triple X

Angle talks to "Dr."Nash. He wants Nash to psychoanalyze his wife. He accuses her of checking out Nash's package. Keeps calling her fat. Angle leaves in anger. Nash tries to hit on Karen. She leaves.

Main Event Ladder Match: Christian Cage and AJ Styles vs Abyss and Sting
Sting and Abyss go to work on the Coalition. AJ tries to irish whip AJ but gets a boot instead. Abyss goes for a double chokeslam but gets the double boots. Then he hits a double clothesline. Sting goes to the top for a double crossbody. Abyss and Sting throw AJ and Chistian back into the ring. They both take the ladder to the face. Sting and Abyss are in control as we go to commercial.

Back from Commercial and Sting fights out of the corner. Sting climbs the ladder but Cage stops him. They duke it out on top but Sting takes Cage down to the mat. Sting climbs again but AJ hits a springbaord forearm on Sting, knocking him off the ladder. AJ and Abyss climb the ladder. Chokeslam from the top. Tomko comes down with a chair. He hits Abyss in the back. TEST comes down the ramp. It's Andrew Martin. He attacks Tomko. The patented big boot, most brutal in the business from Test. He takes out the entire Coalition. He throws AJ out of the ring onto Tomko and Cage. Abyss climbs the ladder and takes down the contract.
Winners: Abyss and Sting

We're back. JB in the back with Andrew Martin, Sting and Abyss. He puts Abyss over. And calls Sting a legend. Refers to himself as the new enforcer of TNA, "the Punisher" Andrew Martin.

Angle's music hits. He comes out titles in hand, followed by his cute wife. He forces Karen to hold his belts. He says he's misunderstood. He is a loving, caring and compassionate father. And his wife knows that he is a loving, caring and compassionate husband. So he brought out his wife to answers some questions, since she never shuts up. How does it feel, he asks, to be the wife of the greatest wrestler and husband in the world? She doesn't say anything. So he decides to respesent his family. Kurt Angle is...A HORSE'S ASS. Joe has mic in hand and he comes down the ramp. Angle hides behind his wife. She grabs the mic. He has stripped her of her dignity and her self-respect for 12 years. He tells her to shut her mouth.

Joe gets in his face. She's sick of his attitude, his arrogance, and his stupid gold medal. That one hurt him the most. She says as of tonight, their marriage is officially over. She leaves the ring. Joe gets on the mic. He says at Hard Justice he'll be taking those titles. And Angle will be left with nothing. He strips Angle down once again. But Angle kept the pants this time.

TNA Wrestling Spoilers: iMPACT Tapings for Next Two Weeks

Here are the full spoilers from the next two weeks of TNA iMPACT tapings...

TNA iMPACT! Tapings for July 19:

Jeremy Borash was sent by Jim Cornette to find World champion Kurt Angle. But he found Angle in a tanning bed and he refused to go see Cornette. Angle also accused Borash of “checking out his package.” Angle felt Samoa Joe was going to surrender the tag titles after he was screwed over on Sunday.

(1) XXX (“PrimeTime” Elix Skipper, “Fallen Angel” Christopher Daniels & Senshi) defeated Serotonin (Raven, Havok & Martyr)

That’s right the multi-time former World Tag Team champions reunited last Sunday when Daniels became #1 contender to the World X Division title. XXX wasted no time in their trickery as Skipper went to lockup with Havok and Daniels jumped him from behind. The XXX advantage ended when raven hit Daniels in the back with the Singapore cane. That allowed Serotonin to take over Daniels in their corner of the ring. Martyr had Daniels in a front facelock when Skipper hit a slingshot move that let Daniels free so he could tag in Senshi. The end came for Havok who got hit with a Skipper legdrop, Daniels’ BME and Senshi’s Warrior’s Way.

After the match Frankie “the Future” Kazarian attacked Serotonin and left before he could suffer any real damage. Jeremy Borash came back to Angle’s tanning bed to find Angle tanning his buttocks. He told Angle that Cornette would fine him $10,000 if he didn’t come to the office. Angle got out of the tanning bed to find all of his clothes and two title belts missing. So he left the room in his bikini briefs. Mike Tenay & Don West were addressing the home audience when Team 3D crashed the party. They said they knew the Steiner Brothers were not in the building but were watching at home.

TNA iMPACT Ray said they cost Team 3D their World Tag Team titles and wanted to repay them face to face next week. Devon didn’t like something Tenay said and he choked him as Ray grabbed the timekeeper’s hammer threatening to hit Tenay. Kurt Angle began his search for his clothing and he questioned the TNA locker room. He accused Shark Boy of smiling like it was a joke, so he attacked him. Maybe Angle wasn’t wearing his glasses broke by Serotonin last Sunday or he just didn’t realize Shark wears a mask.

(2) Voodoo Kin Mafia member Kip James (w/BG James & Roxxi Laveaux) defeated Lance Hoyt (w/Christy Hemme).

Both Kip and Hoyt fought a power match in the early moments until Kip sent Hoyt to the floor where he followed and laid in some punches. Hoyt tried to avoid the punches and Laveaux as best he could and the tide turned when Kip focused on Hemme instead of Hoyt. Hoyt attacked and took the match back to the ring. Kip fought back with a Thesz press and avoided a Hoyt boot to hit “the One and Only” to win. After the match Hemme tried to crotch shot Kip but got stopped and Laveaux came in to hit a Styles Clash-like move sending Hemme to the locker room in Hoyt’s arms.

Kurt Angle met with the TNA production crew trying to find his lost items. He told everyone he would count to ten and they could return his stuff. Poor David Sahadi had to endure Angle’s package being near his face as the countdown occurred. A cameraman decided to leave but Angle attacked him thinking he was the thief.

(3) “Instant Classic” Christian Cage & “Tennessee Cowboy” James Storm (w/Jacqueline Moore, a six pack of longnecks & Tomko) defeated “War Machine” Rhino & “Wildcat” Chris Harris.

These four men met in singles matches on Sunday night so Jim Cornette decided to let them settle their differences. Harris jumped Cage at the opening bell and went to work with the punches before tagging in Rhino. However Rhino took his focus off Cage for too long and looking for Storm cost him. Cage hit Rhino with a clothesline off the ring apron. Cage & Storm kept Rhino isolated from his corner for several minutes. Harris tried to aid Rhino but it only did harm as Cage kept the referee busy, Storm hit a running boot to the face. Somehow Cage ended up on Storm’s shoulders as Rhino was on the top buckle and Rhino raked Storm’s eyes. Rhino hit Cage with a clothesline and tagged into a fired up Harris. Rhino had Storm set for the GORE but Cage pulled him to the floor. Storm went for the Superkick but Harris blocked it and hit the Catatonic but Tomko pulled referee Rudy Charles to the floor.

Harris looked for the referee and Dustin Rhodes hit him in the back with a chair. Storm crawled over and covered Harris to win. After the match the real fun began as Rhino attacked anyone that moved including Moore but Rhino picked her up for a powerslam. He made the mistake of losing sight of Tomko, who kicked Rhino in the face making Moore fall onto Rhino. When you thought things were done Abyss came looking for revenge on Cage. Cage hightailed it but backed into Sting and the baseball bat. Sting tossed Cage into Abyss for some retribution.

TNA Wrestling Spoilers: Two Weeks of iMPACT Tapings

The following report is courtesy of lordsofpain.net...

- Kurt Angle came to the ring wearing the new TNA Title belt. Angle got on the mic and said that he did what he said he was going to do eight months ago, and that he was head and shoulders above the rest of the wrestlers in TNA, and he was the "TNA World Champion." Sting came out and said that Angle was the "real deal" since he made him tap out at Sacrifice, but Sting points out that he had Christian Cage pinned, and he wonders which came first, the three count or the tap out. Sting said there was a big fat question mark over the title. Christian, with Tomko, came out and said both men have a legitimate claim for the title.

The Champ? However, he also points out that he had 500 pounds of wrestlers on top of him, plus two referees and Jim Cornette working against him, and that they still couldn't beat the "instant classic." Christian says since there is a dispute with the match, the title should stay with the champion and go back to him. Christian said he was coming to the ring to take his belt back. Jim Cornette came out and said that there was a lot of controversy at Sacrifice, but one thing that isn't disputed is that Christian was flat on his back, and he is not the champion. Cornette said that the TNA belt represented the best in the world, and that it wasn't Christian's belt, Sting's belt or Kurt Angle's belt. Cornette pointed out that Sting tapped out, and that Angle was awarded the belt by a referee that wasn't the assigned official for the match. Cornette wondered if that was the best he could get out of the three of them.

He said he wanted a "money player" on top of TNA Wrestling, and that there were a bunch of hungry people in the back. Cornette said there was no glass ceiling in TNA, and he ran down a list of top contenders in TNA. Christian interrupted and said he beat all of the top contenders, and Cornette said he would have to beat them again if he wants to be champion. Cornette said Christian, Sting, Angle, Samoa Joe and Rhino are amongst the top stars in the company, so those five, along with five others, will be meeting in qualifying matches to see who would be in the King Of The Mountain match for the TNA World Title at Slammiversary.

- Chris Sabin & Alex Shelley defeated Tiger Mask IV & Jerry Lynn when Shelley pinned Tiger Mask. After the match, Shelley & Sabin attacked Lynn, bringing out Bob Backlund. Shelley & Sabin attacked Backlund, and Jay Lethal made the save.

- Christopher Daniels defeated Raven in a First Blood match when Daniels used a broken kendo stick to draw blood from Raven. After the match, Serotonin came to the ring, and Kaz told Raven to assume the position for his beating. The other members stopped Kaz from caning Raven, and then Raven spat in the face of Kaz and told him to leave the ring.

- Eric Young came to the ring, followed by fans who surrounded the ring. Young thanked Jeff Jarrett for telling him to stand up for himself, and he thanked the fans for standing up for what they believe in. Young says he is now a free man, which brings out Robert Roode & Traci Brooks. Roode said he still owns Eric Young, and gives him some advice. Roode says Young should hire an attorney, because he is going to sue him for everything he is worth. Roode gives Young some papers, then punches him. Young fights back, but Roode gets the better of him. Stomper the Kangaroo stops Roode from assaulting Young further, and Traci pulls Stomper off the ring apron so Roode can escape and they leave. Stomper did not reveal who (if anyone) was in the suit.

- Kurt Angle defeated Rhino in a King Of The Mountain match qualifier. Angle pinned Rhino with an Angle Slam after Angle kicked Rhino on a Gore attempt.

TNA Impact for 5/24

- The show opens with Jim Cornette in his office with Leticia. He announces that Samoa Joe vs. Sting would take place as a King Of The Mountain Qualifier. The Steiner Brothers came in and demanded Team 3D.Continue Reading...

Winner: Homicide

Backstage JB is waiting on Christy Hemme. Steiner comes over to him and says he was taken them all on out there. Where was Team Cage? That's what you get when you work with people you don't like and you can't trust. When he was world champion, he kept his freaks in line and they always had his back. When he was world tag team champion, his brother had his back. He asks JB if he thinks his brother would have left him out there to fend for himself and pushes him away.

Christy comes up and says the first two teams don't matter, they weren't her boys. Third times a charm. They'll be at Sacrifice. JB tells her she's an announcer, and says she should be sticking with being a "bumper girl." Voodoo Kin Mafia comes up from behind, Kip puts his arm around JB and says that he sees two bumpers right now. Albeit fake ones, but bumpers nonetheless. Christy says she's not going to waste her breath, she's going to the ring with an announcement, they can come if they want. Kip says he bets she has Serotonin out there again. Kip and BG laugh and walk away.

Cage, Sting, Angle Christy Hemme is in the ring, followed by Voodoo Kin Mafia. They're met from behind by two men that Tenay claims are not signed with TNA. Basham beats down Kip and Damaja hits BG with Brain Damage. Christy slides a chair in and both men get knocked in the head. Christy gets on the mic and introduces her new team. Basham and 'The Damager'. Open palm slap to Kip.

Backstage JB says VKM cannot compete against Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin tonight due to being assaulted by Basham and Damaja. Backlund gets in JB's face and talks pretty low, even with the mic in his face it was hard to make out his words. He turns to the camera and says Shelley and Sabin stole his book, and he wants them, then walks away.

JB turns his attention to Black Machismo Jay Lethal, Sonjay Dutt and Kevin Nash. Nash says they work as a team, it's a nice warm up for Sacrifice. Machismo says Sacrifice, yeah. Adrenaline rush, yeah. Yeah, the X Division title, coming to him, yeah. Ohhh yeaaah and walks away. JB begins to talk to the camera and Dutt interrupts. No time for Dutt, huh? JB says they're out of time and we come to the iMPACT! Zone.

Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin v. Black Machismo Jay Lethal & Sonjay Dutt

Machismo and Shelley lock up, side head lock by Shelley. Off the ropes, shoulder block sends Machismo down. Foot placed to Machismo's throat in an attempt to suffocate. Machismo fights back with some right hands. Machismo whipped into the ropes, side elbow. Shelley to the opposite corner, Machismo springboards over the rope bringing Shelley down. Machismo up top, double sledge sends Shelley down, two count.

Later, Sonjay off the ropes, Shelley hits him with a cutter. Machismo hits Lethal Combination on Shelley, Sabin connects with a clothesline on Machismo. Sonjay from behind, Sonjay Cutter on Sabin. Machismo up top looking for the elbow drop, Sonjay calls him off. Sabin with a spinning back kick, Shelley hits a super kick then met by an enzugiri/super kick combination. Shelley hits the Shellshock and gets the three count.

Post-match Backlund comes down and throws Shelley into the ring then hits Sabin with a forearm. Sabin thrown into the ring. Machismo with a fist to Shelley, Backlund scoops him and sends him down. Sabin picked up, atomic drop sends Sabin over the top rope. Machismo celebrates in the ring and Sonjay looks at him like he's nuts.
Winners: Chris Sabin & Alex Shelley

JB backstage with Cage, Angle and Sting. Christopher Daniels was talking to Sting and we can hear Sting say 'Now's not the right time.' JB starts with Sting and says Jeff handed him the title shot. Sting said he was surprised too, and Angle would take the same gift. Wait, he did. Last week Sting gave him the same gift. Kurt Angle said it was a different scenario, he did it because Jeff did it, he had to, not because he wanted to.Continue Reading...

TNA Wrestling Spoilers: iMPACT Results, to Air 5-3-07

The following report is courtesy of lordsofpain.net ...

* Sting comes to the ring. Kurt Angle comes to the ring with a chair to confront Sting. Sting doesn't realize Angle is coming at him, so Angle tries to nail him with a chair. Sting blocks it with a bat. Security separates them. Sting demands to know what Angle's problem is. Angle blames Sting for him not getting a NWA title match against Christian Cage. Sting says that his problem should be with Cage, not him. Sting says that Angle interfered in his match last week and cost him his shot at the title. They fight and are separated.

NWA champion Christian Cage comes out on the stage and asks why they can't all get along. He mocks them by saying they aren't being good role models. Cage suggests a way to settle their problems, saying Sting was handed a title shot by Jeff Jarrett, so he didn't really earn it. Cage tells Angle that he's an a***** but he has a point about the title situation. He then says that Angle ruined Sting's shot last week. He says to fair, they should have to team against he and AJ Styles tonight in a No DQ match. If they win the fall, whoever gets the pin gets a title match at Sacrifice but if Cage wins, no one gets a title shot. Sting says that he already has a title match. Angle says that if he's really an icon, he'd be willing to put the shot on the line.

TNA Wrestling * Backstage, Leticia interviewed NWA Tag Team champions Team 3D. Brother Ray says their legacy was fulfilled with the NWA Tag titles and it was their most important title win. He says they are going to have a long title run and discusses their non-title bout against Rhino and Samoa Joe tonight. He says that he knows how bad Rhino is and wants to see how tough Samoa Joe really is.

* NWA Tag Team champions Team 3D fought Samoa Joe and Rhino to a no contest when Christopher Daniels attacked Rhino and Devon with a bat in under four minutes. Match was mostly Joe and Brother Ray going back and forth. Daniels tries to leave so Joe grabs him and chokes him out, then tosses him back in the ring. The babyfaces lay Daniels out and they all "got the tables." They set a table in the corner. Joe nailed Daniels with an enziguiri and Rhino gored him through a table.

* Backstage, AJ Styles and Christian Cage were arguing about having to wrestle Sting and Kurt Angle as Styles was upset. Cage said that when they win, there would be no number one contender, leaving a shot open for Styles. Styles hugged Cage and left.

* Robert Roode and Traci Brooks came to the ring. Brooks was in a neck brace selling the guitar shot from the week before. Roode says he isn't a happy man and says he hates Eric Young's guts. He said that the only people he hates more than Young are the fans. Roode says that he knows Young is in the Impact Zone and demands he comes to the ring. Jim Cornette comes to the ring and says that he doesn't condone violence against women, but if anyone should be fired from TNA it's Roode and Brooks and she got what she deserved last week. Cornette points out that Young was signed to a personal services contract while he was still under a TNA Wrestling contract.

As a result, Young was in breach of contract, so Cornette could sue or fire him. He says that Young signed because Roode was "tampering with TNA's contracts" so Roode could be sued or fired. Roode says that if Cornette could have done something, he would have done it by now, then strikes Cornette. Young hit the ring for the save and they brawl. Young goes for a guitar under the ring but Roode avoids it, then DDTs Young. Roode stands over Eric with the guitar but Young lowblows him. Roode drops the guitar. Young goes to hit Brooks with the guitar, but Roode nails him from behind. Brooks and Roode handcuff Young in the corner. Roode says that "It pays to be Roode" and drills Young with the guitar. Security hits the ring. Cornette gets on the mic and asks Roode if he thinks he's so tough, he'll face Jeff Jarrett at the Sacrifice PPV.

* Gail Kim pinned Jackie Moore in a Street Fight. Each brought weapons to the ring. Moore grabs a chair but Kim dropkicked it into her for the pin. Good but short brawl. James Storm attacks Gail and DDTs her. Chris Harris makes the save when they tease hitting Kim with a glass bottle.

* In a match to determine the challenger for Christian Cage's NWA title at Sacrifice, Kurt Angle and Sting defeated NWA champion Christian Cage and AJ Styles in a No DQ match when Angle and Sting both made Styles tap out. A good match. It was ruled the Sacrifice PPV will be Cage vs. Angle vs. Sting.

He doesn't need to do it again. Cage versus Sting at Sacrifice. Cornette got one over on Cage at Lockdown, and Sting gets his second chance, but there are no more. When Cage walks out of Sacrifice still the NWA World Heavyweight Champion, there will not be a third. Tonight, Steiner and Tomko have a chance at the tag team titles. They need to bring it back to Team Cage. West interrupts and said that Cornette said Cage will defend his title against Sting tonight. If Team Cage interferes, Sting is the new champion.

Jay Lethal & Sonjay Dutt v. Kaz & Alex Shelley v. Senshi & Shark Boy v. Petey Williams & Jerry Lynn

Sonjay Dutt lays out Kaz, Black Machismo up top, Macho Man Elbow Drop! 1-2-3. Black Machismo & Sonjay Dutt win.

Post-match Kevin Nash comes in and congratulates both men. Sonjay's upset because he thought the pin was his, not Machismo's.

Backstage JB says Angle has suffered further neck trauma but they have doctors working on him. Sting enters the picture and says that last week Angle and he didn't see eye to eye. They came here tonight to settle it, man to man. He didn't want his title shot tonight, but he's going to take the chance. Cornette's made it clear if any of Cage's puppets interfere, Sting wins. Sting knows what Cage is thinking, the aging veteran versus the champion in his prime. It doesn't matter what's on the outside, it's what's on the inside. Tonight, it's going to be Showtime!

In the iMPACT! Zone, Roode says he wants his answer. Tonight is the night, who is Eric's friend? Eric comes to the ring. Time's up, who's Eric's friend? Eric tells Roode to relax, he's got everything. Money, power, fame, a girl. He's got the skill to accomplish anything he wants in pro wrestling. What does Eric have? All he has is pro wrestling and Roode is trying to take it away from him. The only thing more important than his friends, family and career is his reputation and his word. This secret person has been there for him through thick and then the past couple of months. He's listened to every word. Sometimes, you have to fight your own battles no matter the consequences. So what he's trying to say, Bob, is he can fire him and take away from him what he loves the most. Just remember one thing, his word will never be broken.

iMPACT! Young tries to leave, Roode grabs him and says he almost made him cry. First things first, the name is Robert. Secondly, he doesn't give a crap about his past. He's here for a reason, and that's to tell him who his friend is. Roode grabs Eric by the throat and Eric pushes him back. Roode slaps him across the face multiple times. Young stands toe to toe with Roode. Young's not going to hit him because Roode owns him, and he's gutless. Roode turns around, right hand sends him down! Young mounts some offense, multiple right hands in the corner. Ms. Brooks with a rake down his back. Boot to the midsection of Ms. Brooks, Crucifix! Roode comes back, multiple fists to Young, keeping him down before Ms. Brooks hits him with a low blow.

Roode on the offensive, mounts Young and delivers some ground and pound. Roode outside, picks up a chair, cracks Young over the skull. Boots delivered to the back of Young. Ms. Brooks hands Roode a pair of handcuffs and Roode cuffs Eric's hands behind his back. Ms. Brooks brings Young to his knees. Roode says he's got three seconds or he's going to scramble his brains from here to Calgary, Alberta. One. Two. Three. JEFF JARRETT'S MUSIC HITS! Jarrett down to the ring, dodges the chair, kick to Roode's kneecap. Multiple hands, Roode into the ropes, back body drop! Roode thrown outside, Ms. Brooks behind Jeff, attempts a low blow but Jeff catches it. Guitar is picked up, CRACKED OVER MS. BROOKS' HEAD!

Backstage Tomko and Scott Steiner are with JB. Steiner says to shut up, he's the most decorated wrestler to ever grace the squared circle. He walks in no man's shadow. You want to see casting a shadow? See your head, now you don't. See your head, now you don't. Steiner lifted his arm up to JB a couple of times. That's casting a shadow, bitch. As far as Tomko goes, he gets all his information from word of mouth because he can't read. Steiner has been part of one of the most decorated tag teams. He and his brother, the Steiner Brothers. Tomko needs to dot his T's and cross his i's, he'll show him how to wrestle. Steiner walks away, Tomko asks JB for some help. Did he really just say 'dot my T's and cross my i's?' JB says yes, Tomko calls him an idiot and walks away.
