WWE Ratings Report: ECW, RAW

  • This week’s edition of ECW on Sci-Fi did a 1.5 cable rating with a 2.0 share. This is the exact same as last week.
  • Monday’s RAW did a 3.8 cable rating with a 5.7 share. This is higher than last week’s 3.7 rating. The show did hours of 3.6 and 3.9.

Monday Night RAW Rating Rises Slightly

Monday’s RAW rating increased slightly this week, coming in with a 3.7 cable rating and a 6.0 share. The show did quarter hours: 3.8, 3.4, 3.7, 3.7, 4.1, 3.8, 3.5, and 3.7, with a 4.0 overrun.

Last week’s edition did a 3.6 cable rating. It's a tiny increase, of course, but may show that fans are glad to see DX involved with Eric Bischoff, Edge and Randy Orton - instead of the stale Vince McMahon feud.

WWE RAW Ratings Slide Again

With Cyber Sunday coming up, this probably wasn't the news the WWE was hoping for:

This week’s Monday Night RAW rating came in at a 3.6. The figure is a bit lower than last week - but did at least break 4.0 during one quarter hour. That didn't occur during the previous week's show.

WWE RAW Rating Falls Again

Even Kevin Federline can't save the WWE from poor ratings, apparently.

Mr. Britney Spears appeared again this week, but RAW only pulled in a 3.6 rating. It was the thid consecutive decrease for the program since the Family Reunion season premiere.

ECW Rating Drops Again

This week's ECW show earned just a 1.6 rating. This is another decrease from last Tuesday's 1.8 score.

Perhaps consideration should be given to actually expanding story lines and characters beyond a feud between former WWE stars. The four main eventers at the moment are Hardcore Holly, RVD, the Big Show and Test.

WWE News: RAW Ratings Drop, Great American Bash Locale Revelaed

  • Monday’s edition of WWE RAW did a 3.7 cable rating with a 5.0 share. This is down from the previous week’s 3.8 for the Family Reunion season premiere. The first hour of the show did a 3.6 and the second did a 3.7.
  • WWE has revealed the site for next year’s Great American Bash pay-per-view. The event will be held at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C. on July 22nd, 2007.

WWE RAW Ratings Drop Again; ECW Holds Strong

RAW LogoIf the company thought last week's WWE RAW rating of 3.7 was poor, it's easy to imagine their reaction to these numbers.

The show Monday night drew a disappointing 3.4 score this week, as ESPN's Monday Night Football (the first game in New Orleans in over a year) scored a huge 11.8, the largest number in the ESPN history.

WWE officials are hoping next week's John Cena/Edge Steel Cage match provides a ratings boost.

In better news, though, ECW on SCI-FI scored a 1.9 rating for the first time since September 11. Maybe people actually do wish to see regular brand stars, such as Sandman, in the spotlight instead of constant cross-overs from WWE stars.
