WWE RAW Rating Remains Steady

This week's edition of WWE Raw drew a modest 3.5 overall cable rating. Approximately five million people tuned in to the show, which was main evented by Tripled H versus Randy Orton.

The show earned a 3.46 in the first hour and a 3.47 in the second hour, which rounds up the number to a 3.5. Last week's show garnered a 3.5 rating, as well.

WWE RAW Rating Down from Last Week

This week's edition WWE Monday Night Raw drew a final 3.4 cable rating.

The first hour earned a 3.36 rating, while the second hour drew a 3.42 rating. These numbers are down from last week's 3.6 rating, which was a drop from the strong 3.9 rating the show drew two weeks ago.

WWE RAW Rating Plummets

This week's edition of WWE Monday Night Raw drew a final 3.6 cable rating.

The first hour scored a 3.64, while the second hour earned a 3.53. The figures are down quite a bit from last week's 3.9 rating and marked the second week in a row that the number of viewers dropped as the show went on.

What do you think accounts for this drop? The absence of Triple H? The lack of excitement over the Randy Orton vs. John Cena feud? Let us know!

WWE RAW Rating Rises

This week's edition of WWE Monday Night Raw drew a final 3.9 cable rating. The first hour drew a 4.05 rating, while the second hour drew a 3.69 rating.

The numbers are up from last week's 3.5 rating and the highest non-special number WWE has gotten for Raw since April 2 of last year (the day after WrestleMania).

Overall interest in the return of John Cena to WWE seems to have played a strong factor in this huge jump from last week as the first quarter hour of the show drew a strong 4.31 rating.

Huge Ratings for Anniversary Edition of WWE RAW

Monday night's 15th WWE Raw Anniversary show scored a huge rating. The final two hours of the show drew a 4.4 rating.

While the first hour rating has yet to come in, taking just those two hours into account would give Raw its highest rating of the year.

Monday Night RAW, Larry King Ratings

  • Last night's edition of WWE Monday Night Raw drew a final 3.4 cable rating with a 5.6 share. The first hour drew a rather low 3.0 rating, while the second hour drew a 3.7 rating. This is a big drop from last week's 3.7 rating and is one of the lower ratings for Raw for a non-holiday edition of the show this year.
  • The audience for "Larry King Live" on Monday night, which went head-to-head with the first hour of Raw and featured WWE Champion John Cena, Chris Jericho, Bret Hart, Ted DiBiase and Steve Blackman, only drew a 0.8 cable rating. This was actually a lower number for the program, as it has commonly drawn in the 1.0 range or higher. In fact, the June 27 edition of the show featuring Paris Hilton drew a 2.7 rating.

ECW Ratings Rise in Face of Chris Benoit Tragedy

This week's ECW on Sci-Fi rating rose to a 1.78 househould rating.

The show, which WWE Chairman Vince McMahon dubbed the beginning of the "healing process," aired before 2.4 million viewers.

WWE RAW Rating: A Slight Improvement

This week's edition of WWE RAW posted either a 4.1 or 4.2 rating.

WWE officials were pleased with the rating and view it as evidence that the Vince McMahon death storyline was a good move.

However, because the rating was not an absolute slam dunk, others are reportedly waiting to see how viewership holds up over the next few weeks before assessing the success of the angle.
