During his match with Triple H at last night's One Night Stand pay-per-view, Randy Orton took a bad fall after being thrown over the top rope. During the broadcast you could hear Orton tell the referee about his injury.
After the match, Orton was immediately taken into a room backstage to be examined. He was then sent to the San Diego Medical hospital to determine the severity of the injury.
Orton was diagnosed with a broken left collarbone. It's unclear how long he'll be out, but don't expect Orton to be wrestling, at least, for a couple months.
WWE fans have been writing in to ask of the name of Randy Orton's new theme song. We can now say it's called "Voices" and it's performed by Rev. Theory.

Here's an interesting note about Randy Orton : The WWE superstar has more than solidified his spot in the main event.
The Orton vs. Triple H Last Man Standing Match for the WWE Title at One Night Stand next Sunday will be the twelfth consecutive pay-per-view event featuring Randy in the WWE Title match.
Moreover, this will be Orton's sixth pay-per-view title match wrestling Triple H during the same span. So, here's our question to readers:
Are you sick of Randy Orton in the main event?
In a great article in the latest SLAM! magazine, Randy Orton talks about his personal and professional goals for the future.
"Right now, I look at someone like Rey Mysterio," Orton said. "He's got two kids, a beautiful wife. He's a real family guy. I look at Rey out of the ring, that's how I'd like to picture myself."

For those wondering, Randy Orton did not miss Monday Night RAW last night because he was suspended.
In reality, the WWE star married girlfriend Samantha Speno last Friday. It also explains why he missed the house show events this past weekend.
Congrats to both parties!
Irv Muchnick â a widely published writer, author of the 2007 book Wrestling Babylon: Piledriving Tales of Drugs, Sex, Death, and Scandal and nephew of the late, legendary St. Louis wrestling promoter Sam Muchnick - claimed today in a blog post on his web ite that well-placed sources within WWE have told him that Randy Orton attempted suicide sometime in the last year.
It was supposedly in the wake of the murder-suicide of Chris Benoit and the drug scandal involving the Orlando-based drug firm, Signature Pharmacy.
Below is the post from his website:
Did Randy Orton Attempt Suicide?
A rumor is swirling that World Wrestling Entertainment star Randy Orton attempted suicide within the last year. Very well-placed wrestling sources tell me that the rumor is true. In the wake of the June murder-suicide of Chris Benoit and the scandal involving scads of WWE performers who ordered steroids and human growth hormone from the Internet gray-market dealer Signature Pharmacy, this is serious stuff.
Itâs already clear that WWEâs response to the Signature revelations â generated by the district attorney in Albany, New York, and reported by Sports Illustrated and others â is a joke. Some vague number of the miscreant wrestlers, not named, were âsuspended,â but the suspension appears to have consisted of simply being downgraded for a few weeks in TV storylines.
From the same evidence, Randy Orton was not touched at all. That is more than a little strange. Ortonâs Signature Pharmacy order marked, at the very least, his second âstrikeâ under WWEâs so-called wellness policy, which would have called for a 60-day (rather than a 30-day) suspension.
In his latest blog, Jim Ross talks about the current Randy Orton storyline and the successful return of Jeff Hardy:
On Randy Orton Concussion Storyline: I donât feel as if the WWE is exploiting the seriousness of concussions with the Randy Orton storyline, but are certainly drawing attention to the dangers of suffering from a concussion. There has always been a fine line between fact and fiction in wrestling which, in some circles, is referred to as suspending oneâs disbelief. When the announcerâs change their tones or their delivery, it is to better fit the moment that we are in and often times is a function of how announcers are produced.
I have no idea what we will ever be able to do when our âlevelsâ reach those that some remember for bona fide, tragic moments other than step aside and have new announcers without these experiences handle the show because there will be times when that particular delivery is called for.
On Jeff Hardy Return: Jeff Hardyâs return to the WWE and his subsequent âbreakthroughâ as a singles star is one of the great stories of the year. Jeff is arguably as popular as anyone on Raw as is proven by the reaction Jeff receives every time he is introduced. I am genuinely happy for the younger of the two Hardy brothers. Matt is doing great on Smackdown as well and whoâs to say that both brothers couldnât be champions at the same time as individual performers?
With the injury to the Undertaker, there is a possibility that Randy Orton could be on the move to SmackDown. One source has even gone as far as saying that everyone on the RAW roster is subject to a move except for John Cena and Shawn Michaels.
Regarding Orton, many people backstage are said to be worried about him. There is a significant amount of belief that Orton is one escapade away from being given the âKurt Angle ultimatum.â
If you have not heard, WWE forced Orton to pay for all of the damage done to his hotel room in Europe, which was said to be in excess of $30,000. The reason that Orton was not fired or suspended when he flipped out overseas is due to the fact that people within WWE feel there is very little star power right now in the company; Orton is seen as a major superstar, one they could not afford to lose him right now.
