WWE Rumors: John Cena, CM Punk to Turn Heel
Here's a WWE rumor we'd LOVE to see become a reality:
Look for John Cena and CM Punk to form a heel faction in the near future, consisting of Cena returning to his Rapper Gimmick, and for CM Punk to become âMCâ Punk.
This is the exact jolt the WWE needs in its story lines. Will it actually take place? Our best guess is no, simply because these wrestlers combine to sell so much merchandise.
But do you agree it would add a level of excitement throughout the summer?

CENA being a heel or a face works he is one of those guys that can do both. the rapper gimmick he did worked really well.I think it made him stand out more as a WWE superstar but putting punk with him and making a group fuckin gay. Punk would make a good heel but in another aspect.

john cena = major flop
sadly cena being face has come to an end and he just hasnt got the same impact he once had, i have been saying for over a year that cena should be heel because then he can be WWE champion without a fuss. but throwign CM punk into the mix is the problem, punk is a face and a good one and most people like him and if he becomes heel i think it will blow and punk will drop down to mid card and saty there so leave punk change cena

this idea is fucked up. juhn cena turning heel is a awfull idea who the hell came up with that fucked up idea. leaver john the way he is. u can bring the gimmick but the heel idea is insane.cm punk turning hell is a good ida. becuase he has the look., tattoos, and a strong face

I dont mind Cena going back to his thug gimmick but the idea of Cena and CM Punk turing into a heel group is pretty FUCKING RETARDED! Who came up with that idea? Its bad for ratings because John Cena and CM Punk are the future and if you turn them heel it will mess their carrers up. So just keep them the way they are. In other words the answer is NO!!!

Andy, CM Punk has far superior mic skills compared to Cena, especially as a heel. Punk was a GREAT heel as part of the indie promotion Ring of Honor; he's a natural heel, and at some point WWE is going to have to pull the plug on this face run. It doesn't fit him.

This idea is sounds pretty stupid. I dont like Cena and I do agree that he should turn heel and CM Punk, why not. The only thing is that I really dont like the rapper idea. He is a top guy and returning to that gimmick would most likely set him back. Is it me or does Cena only have 3 wrestling moves?
