WWE Rumors: Wrestlemania 25 Location Chosen
According to a report by PWInsider, WrestleMania 25 is expected to be held on Sunday, April 5, 2009 in Houston, Texas at Reliant Stadium. The stadium lists a capacity of 71,500 for football and could hold much more for a WWE event the size of WrestleMania.
The company held WrestleMania 17 in Houston's Astrodome back in 2001, which featured The Rock vs. Steve Austin in the main event.
We'll let you know when WWE makes the official announcement, but do you think Houston is a good choice for Wrestlemania 25?

Houston will be a good choice as there are many loyal fans here. I myself have been a wrestling fan since the early 70's. I enjoy taking my children and step grandchildren to their events. They are family oriented and their fan axxcess tour events are geared to letting the fans have an experience they won't forget. At the fan axxcess tour in Kemah, we were fortunate enough to meet Jimmy Hart who thrilled my grandsons to the core when he posed with them for photographs. They have not stopped talking about him since. We were at Smackdown in February and would love the chance to attend a Wrestlemania in Houston.

I think Wrestlemania 25 should be held at Madison Square Garden,NY!!!!!!!!That arena has so much history,and the WWE could make a whole lot more.

I think it's a SUPER idea to have it in Houston cuz it gives san antonio a chance to go for a change,and not have to travel for a long time.

Yes. Wrestlemania 25 should be in Houston. I think that Shawn Michaels should be in the main event for the WWE or worlds title. I sounds great because it will be 20 years after his first Wrestlemania and it will be in his home state of Texas.
