Edge to Miss Four Months
This sucks:
Edge tore his left pectoral muscle last Tuesday at the SmackDown tapings during a segment with Kane. The injury will require surgery, thus resulting in Edge vacating the World Heavyweight title on SmackDown this week. Expected recovery time is at least four months, which would put him out until at least November.
Edge commented on Smackdown on the list of injuries he has received: "Iâve broken my neck, dislocated my shoulder twice, torn my other pec, my elbows are mush, I have two protruding discs in my lower back. I even got bit by a brown recluse spider that turned into a flesh-eating disease â the list goes on."
We hope one of our favorite WWE stars gets better soon.
