- According to a TNA Wrestling press release: Andre Rison, a former National Football League wide receiver who played in five Pro Bowls during his 13-year career, was manhandled by "The Monster" Abyss during a television taping for Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling in Orlando, Fla.
- TNA officials are said to be very happy with ticket sales for their April 15th Lockdown pay-per-view in St. Louis. According to demographic studies, St. Louis was chosen for Lockdown because it is among the top rated cities for viewership of iMPACT.
- The TNA Genesis 2006 pay-per-view has now been released on DVD. It features the first Kurt Angle vs. Samoa Joe match and Abyss winning the NWA championship.
