WWE Rumors, Wrestlemania Spoilers: Main Events, Matches Planned
Word is going around that the two main events for Wrestlemania 23 are almost set.
The most likely to take place is Batista vs. The Undertaker for the World Heavyweight Title. There's no discussion yet on which superstar would turn heel for this match, but it is probable that Taker's Wrestlemania winning streak will come to an end.
For RAW, the main event appears to be John Cena vs. Triple H for the title. However, WWE officials have no plans to turn either heel in the near future. Because they wish to keep Cena as champion until the event, though, he'd need to fight Triple H in order for Vince's son-in-law to share the spotlight.
The other match being debated is Hulk Hogan vs.The Big Show, but that seems more difficult with Show's current hiatus/retirement from the ring.
Nothing else is close to being set-up, but it's safe to assume Shawn Michaels, Kane, Edge, Umaga and King Booker will figure prominently. There will also be some sort of ECW title match.

no peple iz gonna like seeyin the deadman's streak coming to an end....ii thank dat the phenom has to lose his undefeated streak against another big superstar like him..i hate batista because he took out ma G .. Bill goldberg so instead of batista vs taker how bout goldber vs batista.

I will like to see dx get the outlaws back togrther as well as x pac and let them battle the corperations or bring back nwo or start up the 4 horsemen

at wm23 it will be hbk v cena which hbk will win
batista v taker=taker will win
lashley v umaga [mcmahon v trump] lashley will win
edge v ortan edge to win
kennedy will win the money in the bank
kane will defeat khali

first of all has anyone ever noticed that who ever wins the rumble actually becomes champ at wrestle mania, taker will remain undefeated at wrestlemania.just thing back, everytime austin won the rumble he became champ at wrestle mania same as hnk and so on. see no champ has ever defended the title at wrestlemania while facing the winner of the royal rumble.
whos gonna take the tag titles from hbk and cene, i don't believe they will have tag champs face each other at wm either they loose or contenders change champs they want to fight.
personally i would rather see cena vs taker and batista vs hbk

At first I thought bringing back Chris Jericho to join DX would be a sweet idea but I just don't think a watered down version should go on without Triple H. HBK needed hime to foot the "degenerate" part. HBK is still an awesom babyface and should win the title from Cena though. Being Jericho back after WM and let hime join SmackDown where he can feud with Taker and Batista. He can have a title shot at Summer Slam.

Actually I do have an opinion for the ECW championship match.It should be Lashley vs Chris Jericho because rumors about jericho returning are still lurking around and I couldnt stand jericho not being in a world title match at wrestlemania.I know Lashley vs Brock Lesnar would be big 5star rating's but Brock will never return.By the way EDGE RULZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!RATED R SUPERSTAR FOR LIFE.

Before WM23 Edge should once again turn face and fued with orton.It should be Edge vs Randy Orton at WM23.Meanwhile Cena could face HBK since Triple H is on fast recovery for his quadricep injury.Also I already know about Hogan vs Big Show and Batista vs Undertaker for the world heavyweight title.The money in the bank ladder match is really unpredictable at the moment and Vince Mcmahon vs Mick Foley in a NO DQ match would not be as good as a hardcore match between the two.The ECW championship match should be Lashley vs ??? is what Im thinking about at the moment.A match between John Cena and The Rock would be a showcase as wwe's most popular and charismatic should go head to head but obviously wouldnt happen because of Rock's current status with WWE.
